Program Overview The Pharmaceutical Operations Trainee Program offers 3 months of immersive, hands-on training across three key areas of pharmaceutical operations: Manufacturing and Packaging. Trainees gain direct exposure to cGMP standards, SOP compliance, and practices that ensure operational excellence in a regulated environment. Located in Fall River, MA, the program provides experience in the production of meter dose inhalers (MDI). Participants work under the guidance of production managers and department leaders to reinforce compliance and promote right-first-time execution. This program is designed to prepare individuals for long-term careers in pharmaceutical operations, equipping them with cross-functional technical expertise.
