Job Type Full-time Description Transportation/Operations Supervisor We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Transportation Supervisor to lead daily operations, support team performance, and drive revenue execution within a fast-paced environmental services operation. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance transportation logistics, people leadership, customer relationship management, and financial accountability. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily transportation and hauling operations Lead, coach, and develop drivers and field personnel to ensure safe, efficient execution Build strong relationships with customers and act as a primary operational point of contact Quote hauling work and support pricing decisions to drive profitable growth Develop and manage weekly and monthly revenue forecasts Monitor route efficiency, productivity, and cost performance Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and company operational standards Partner with dispatch and sales teams to maximize booking opportunities Respond to customer issues and operational challenges with urgency and professionalism The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $95,000 - $105,000yearly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Requirements Qualifications Prior supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, waste, or environmental services Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and develop bench strength Proven ability to forecast revenue and manage operational performance Experience quoting hauling, transportation, or service-based work Strong CRM mindset — customer-focused, responsive, and relationship-driven Knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet operations preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills What We’re Looking For A leader who drives results through their team Someone comfortable making decisions and operating with urgency A professional who can balance customer service with operational discipline A supervisor who can scale the business through productivity, forecasting, and strong execution Salary Description $95,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
