BioXRG is a start-up company building a production plant in Bryan, TX.We are looking for hands-on highly driven personnel to join our team on this exciting journey..TITLE:Operations Worker / Junior Operator DUTIES - Provide assistance in managing weekly and daily responsibilities. Learn operations process and become proficient in duties. Must have a desire to understand and continue learning on the job - Support team in operations however needed. REQUIREMENTS - High degree of self-discipline. Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols. BioXRG is a start-up company with minimum structures requiring all personnel to be flexible in their work times and to be willing to execute tasks not directly related to their position description.. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Moving equipment weighing up to 50 lb. Work outside in Texas conditions.(Most often on a slab with a roof overhead).. SCHEDULE - For the first 1-2 weeks we will be on a regular schedule but everyone will transition to a team based rotating schedule.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.50 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule On-the-job training Work Location:In person.
