Role Description We seek an Operations and Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in High Point, NC. The position involves managing key client accounts, overseeing operational activities, and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Responsibilities include driving business planning, managing day-to-day client interactions, creating strategies to meet customer needs, and working cross-functionally with departments to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership skills and a strong ability to manage relationships with high-value clients. Qualifications Strong analytical and business planning skills to assess operational performance and develop strategies for improvement Proven experience in account management and maintaining relationships with key accounts Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address client needs and deliver solutions proactively Experience managing or supporting high-priority accounts within a dynamic and fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Familiarity with operations or supply chain management in manufacturing or logistics environments is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
