JOB TITLE:Operator DEPARTMENT:Operations-Coating ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:Setup and operate automated coating equipment Perform basic inspection of coated assemblies Touch up coating by hand as needed Use of computer for basic data entry All other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Self-motivated as well as the ability to work well with others Good vision and finger dexterity Strong attention to detail Interpretation of drawings and specifications Strong communication skills General computer skills Basic mathematical skills Willingness to cross-train into different positions as needed Must be able to work in a standing/walking or seated position for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy EDUCATION and/or Experience:High school diploma or equivalent Trained in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies preferred, but not required EI Microcircuits provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, nation origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment.Pay:From $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
