Operator Helper

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent converting client in Raphine, Virginia within the Manufacturing industry is seeking Operator Helpers to join their Team! Operator Helper- Job Summary:$18.00 per hour 3pm-1am Monday- Thursday (overtime when needed is Friday 5:00am- 1:00pm) Operator Helper assist the operator as needed to ensure production timelines are met.Assist operator with the set-up of the machines Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow the prescribed safety regulations Assist Operator with preventative maintenance on machines as required Run the Rewinder machine and provide basic adjustment to the product as needed Knowledge of all types of product/paper that is run on Rewinder machine Perform Rewinder set up to ensure the quality and efficiency of material being processed and ensure the continual operation of the machine Operator Helper Qualifications:Lift up to 50-70 lbs Work independently Follow all Safety policies and procedures Back Ground Check and Drug Screen Why Peoplelink?
