Job Title: Operator I Location: 6035 Stoneridge Dr Pleasanton CA 94588 Duration: 06 Months of Contract + possible extension Shift: 05 AM TO 1:30 PM Job Overview This role involves assembling and testing high-quality medical devices such as pacemakers and ICDs in a controlled manufacturing environment. You will work under supervision and follow strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, repair, and testing of small medical devices Follow written procedures and GMP guidelines Maintain accurate documentation and production records Use tools like microscopes, tweezers, calipers, and epoxy dispensers Ensure product quality, traceability, and compliance Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Communicate effectively with team and supervisors Required Skills Soldering experience preferred (6 months – 2 years desired) Experience with microscope work and small components Familiarity with GMP, IPC standards, and documentation practices Good attention to detail and manual dexterity Basic computer and data entry skills Education High School Diploma or equivalent Work Environment & Dress Code Cleanroom environment with strict dress code Non-shedding, clean, and well-fitted clothing required No jewelry, makeup, nail polish, or loose clothing Closed-toe shoes (no sandals or open footwear) Hair and clothing must be properly covered as per guidelines Additional Requirements Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks Comfortable working with small parts Maintain safety and quality standards at all times
