We’re building our talent pipeline for upcoming work and are seeking professionals interested in contributing to the next generation of human spaceflight and exploration systems. We’re Hiring Across Several Disciplines, Including Systems Engineering & Integration - leading full lifecycle design, testing, and verification of spacecraft and mission systems Propulsion, Thermal & Environmental Systems - supporting design and analysis of propulsion, active thermal control, and environmental control and life support systems (ECLSS) Materials, Structures & Mechanisms Engineering - developing materials, structures, and deployable mechanisms that perform in extreme environments Software, Electrical & Avionics Engineering - designing flight and ground software, embedded systems, and electrical architectures supporting mission operations Project, Test & Flight Safety Engineering - ensuring mission assurance, hardware testing, and safe system integration across programs Who We’re Looking For Engineers, scientists, and technical professionals with a background in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, software, materials, or systems disciplines who are passionate about advancing human spaceflight.
