Ops Specialist- Project Analyst- Funds Transfer

Role Overview The Operations Project Analyst will support the Funds Transfer Project Team , assisting with various phases of project execution. Daily responsibilities will vary and may include testing preparation, user testing, defect identification and resolution, implementation support, and reporting. The role requires accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. Prior experience with the project life cycle is beneficial but not required. Key Responsibilities People & Collaboration Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and internal stakeholders Respond effectively to project team needs while proactively preventing issues Communicate professionally and constructively with all team members Project Execution Participate in all phases of Funds Transfer projects, including: Requirements gathering Design Testing Implementation Identify, escalate, and communicate defects promptly and appropriately Ensure testing scripts are executed accurately and within required timeframes Address project challenges efficiently to keep initiatives moving forward Represent the Funds Transfer team in cross‐departmental projects as required Required Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Willingness to work a hybrid schedule
