Our optometric physician specializes in dry eye, myopia management, and specialty contact lens fittings, and we bring that same level of intention to everything we do. If you want to be part of something that actually means something, keep reading. The role We're looking for a part time (25-32 hours) Optometric Technician to join our clinical team. No experience? No problem — we'll train the right person from the ground up. What we can't train is attitude, curiosity, and genuine care for people. If you've got those, we want to meet you. As a tech, you'll work alongside our doctor to deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Day-to-day, that looks like pre-testing patients, assisting with in-office procedures, supporting our dry eye and aesthetics area, and helping manage our contact lens department. What you'll be doing Performing pretesting and patient workups prior to exams Assisting Dr. Cassis and our clinical team during exams and procedures Supporting our specialized dry eye and in-office aesthetics services Managing contact lens inventory and patient orders Keeping the clinical space organized, stocked, and running smoothly Learning — constantly — because we invest in the people who invest in us Who you are Warm, people-first, and genuinely curious about eye care A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment (no lone wolves here) Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under the pace of a busy practice Hungry to grow professionally — we offer pathways to certifications and career development for the right person Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems and equipment No prior optometric experience is required — we will train you fully.
