Role Overview: The Oracle HCM Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves collaborating with onshore and offshore based teams, understanding client requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions. Design end-to-end processes for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Absence Management. Develop integration strategies with other enterprise systems. Collaborate with onshore and client teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery. Oversee offshore development teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Provide technical and functional guidance to the team members. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide consultation on Oracle HCM capabilities. Conduct workshops, design reviews, and presentations to gather feedback and refine solutions. Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions. Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and project standards. Address and resolve complex system issues and provide post-go-live support. Keep up to date with Oracle Cloud updates and new features, advising clients on optimal use of the platform. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and solution architecture. Expertise in Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Compensation. Expertise in OTL, Absence and OIC is a plus. Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration tools. Strong understanding of HRIS processes and compliance requirements. Familiarity with Oracle AI is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) is highly preferred. What do we offer?
