Description: Hybrid Tues-Wed-Thurs onsite in Westborough, MA The organization seeks an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno Functional Business Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize HRMS modules within a complex enterprise environment. The role will bridge stakeholders and technical teams to drive configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and documentation across Oracle EBS HRMS with dependencies to AP, PO, and PA. The analyst will facilitate requirements, analyze business processes, and guide RICEW components and reporting. The position requires hands-on Oracle EBS HRMS expertise, SQL proficiency, and experience with EBS R12.1/R12.2. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $65.00 to $70.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Consult and advise customers to troubleshoot user and application issues. Facilitate requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications for cross-functional projects. Identify operational inefficiencies, conflicting business practices, and integration issues, and propose alternative solutions. Manage projects in alignment with internal lifecycle processes and address timeline or completion risks with the PMO and stakeholders. Experience Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support of IT systems, including Oracle HRMS, Finance, and BI applications. Strong techno functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS configurations, interfaces, and data conversions. Knowledge of Oracle Financials modules including GL, FA, AP, PO, and PA. Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.1 and R12.2. Proficient in Oracle SQL. Working knowledge of PL/SQL for analysis and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of Oracle Workflow and AME. Working knowledge of XML Publisher (BI Publisher) reports. Provide functional guidance on RICEW components. Support HRMS integrations with third-party systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Visio, Project, and OneNote. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly. Ability to collaborate across functional groups and levels to achieve results professionally. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
