Key Skills Required Oracle Applications: Strong working knowledge of Oracle R12 E-Business Suite (AOL, Workflow, Forms, OAF). MDM Modules: Hands-on experience with Oracle PIM/PDH/Data Hubs. Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix Shell scripting. Data Quality Tools: Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) or similar data stewardship tools. Integration Technologies: Knowledge of SOA, ODI, or REST APIs. Required Skills & Experience Typically 5–10 years of experience in Oracle EBS functional or techno-functional roles. Oracle EBS Knowledge: Strong proficiency in R12.1/R12.2 and core modules such as Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), or Financials. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and XML Publisher. MDM Specialization: Direct experience implementing PDH, CDH, or SDH. Integration Technologies: Experience with Open Interfaces, Business Events, and Web Services. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud MDM or hybrid ERP environments. Knowledge of Data Quality tools (Oracle EDQ). Ability to guide and teach developers new to EBS and assist them in becoming advanced EBS developers. Oracle Certifications in MDM or Data Governance. Common Contextual Duties Working with functional teams and business users to gather requirements and provide effort estimates. Supporting month-end or year-end financial/billing cycles. Participating in end-to-end integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
