Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials & Projects Lead with strong functional expertise to drive implementation and support of Finance and Project Accounting modules. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials and Projects modules Work closely with Finance and Project stakeholders to gather and define business requirements Configure and support modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and Project Accounting Drive end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and system optimizations Ensure best practices in financial processes, reporting, and compliance Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and issue resolution Requirements: Strong hands-on functional experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and Projects Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations Deep understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and project accounting Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead workshops Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
