Job Description
Job Overview:As an Order Entry/Customer Associate for our oil field equipment supply company, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer service.You will be responsible for accurately entering orders, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.Responsibilities:Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company's system, ensuring all details (quantities, pricing, delivery dates, etc.) are correct.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing product information, order status updates, and resolving issues promptly.Maintain and update customer records, order histories, and inventory logs in the company database.Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, or delivery delays in a professional manner.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and customer information.Basic computer skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$21.87 - $25.91 per hour Expected hours:20 per week Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:Hybrid remote in Plano, TX 75074.
