Customer Service Contract Opportunity – Maple Plain, MN Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Contract) Location: Maple Plain, MN (on-site) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First Shift) Duration: Approximately 60-day contract Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour Position Overview Seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the order lifecycle. This role serves as a primary liaison between customers, sales, and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely issue resolution. This is an approximately three-month contract supporting business demand and customer onboarding efforts. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding quotes, orders, and account information Enter and process customer orders, including review of purchase orders and sales orders Verify purchase orders, payment details, and shipping information for accuracy Reconcile customer data and follow up on missing or incorrect information Triage customer requests and route issues to appropriate internal teams Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments to resolve customer needs Navigate CRM/ERP systems and customer databases to provide accurate information Proactively follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and customer questions Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service Required Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience 6+ months of experience with an ERP or CRM system (SAP and/or Salesforce preferred) Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel worksheets and tables Strong verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Customer service experience in an office or corporate environment Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with order entry and purchase order processing #centralpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Maple Plain, MN. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
