Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team.In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that customers receive their products promptly and in perfect condition.Your energetic approach and commitment to efficiency will help drive our operational success and enhance customer satisfaction.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling within a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence.Responsibilities Efficiently utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to locate and pick items according to order specifications.Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other machinery safely and effectively to load, unload, and move inventory.Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while adhering to OSHA safety standards to prevent injuries.Load and unload shipments with precision using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling of materials.Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying orders, inspecting goods for damage, and maintaining accurate records.Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize order picking accuracy and improve workflow efficiency.Experience Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in roles involving order picking, shipping & receiving, or materials handling.Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, or pallet jacks is essential; certification is a plus.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory software enhances operational effectiveness.Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations is required to ensure a safe working environment.Mechanical knowledge or construction experience can be advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues.Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse setting demonstrates leadership capabilities beneficial for team coordination.Join us as an Order Fulfillment Associate and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence!
