Duties Select and prepare customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems and manual processes Enter order details into computer systems with speed and precision, ensuring data integrity Verify product quantities and descriptions against order specifications Maintain organized filing systems for order documentation, invoices, and shipping records Use ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to track inventory levels and update order statuses Conduct data collection activities, including recording order information and updating databases Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze order data for accuracy and trends Skills Proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry and transcription tasks Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders and documents efficiently Basic math skills for verifying quantities, calculating totals, and handling inventory counts Office experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data collection, and administrative support Familiarity with order entry processes and inventory management procedures Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional service by ensuring every order is processed flawlessly while maintaining meticulous records.Your dedication will help us achieve operational excellence!
