OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker/Puller to join our warehouse team.This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, supporting overall operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.Duties Select and gather products from inventory based on order specifications Verify order accuracy by checking product labels and quantities Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and organizing items Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed Follow safety protocols at all times during picking and packing processes Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move items throughout the shift Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety and quality standards Prior experience in warehouse or order fulfillment roles is a plus but not required This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to efficient logistics operations.We value punctuality, precision, and a proactive attitude in all our team members.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$21.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours:32 - 40 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
