In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely and precise delivery.Your attention to detail and efficiency will help us maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.This position offers an engaging environment where your efforts directly contribute to the smooth flow of our supply chain.Responsibilities Carefully review order sheets or pick lists to identify items needed for each customer order Locate, select, and gather products from designated storage areas using manual or powered equipment Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications before packing Ensure all items are handled safely and stored properly to prevent damage Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking targets and deadlines Complete necessary documentation for shipped orders, including labels and packing slips Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Basic reading comprehension and numerical skills for order verification Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required Ability to operate manual tools or powered equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if needed) Positive attitude with a proactive approach to teamwork and safety standards Join us in delivering excellence!
