Job Title: Order Processor Location: Miami, FL Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $18-20 per hour (based on experience) Position Summary The Order Processor is responsible for accurately processing customer orders from entry to fulfillment. This role works closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure orders are entered correctly, prepared on time, and shipped according to customer and carrier requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and process customer orders into the ERP system Must Have NetSuite Knowledge Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouse and logistics teams Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, and documentation Request and confirm freight quotes from carriers as needed Verify order details including quantities, pricing, addresses, and delivery timelines Track order status and resolve discrepancies or delays Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding order updates Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy within the system Support general warehouse or fulfillment tasks when required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1–3 years of experience in order processing, order entry, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite, preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and shipping teams Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Fluent in English required Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Work Environment Warehouse setting May require standing, walking, or light lifting (up to 30–40 lbs) Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Why This Role Stable, long-term position Competitive hourly pay for the Miami market Opportunity to grow into senior order processing, logistics, or operations roles Supportive team-focused culture
