Order Processor (Outbound) - Warehouse

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Order Processor (Outbound) with prior warehouse order processing / fulfillment experience.This role requires Spanish speaker with strong attention to detail, accurate counting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities 1.Traditional Order Processing Read and understand order lists.Sort and match printed labels to the correct pallets.Verify PO, Style, Color, SKU, and box quantities match the order.Pack order and place labels and perform a final pallet count before outbound.2.UPS Small Batch Orders Process small quantity orders (few pieces per order).Sort labels, pack items into boxes, apply shipping labels.Palletize shipments and complete a final accuracy check.3.Team Support / Lead Tasks Assist in guiding and monitoring part-time staff performing rework or price tag removal tasks.Assign tasks based on warehouse manager instructions.Demonstrate correct procedures and ensure work is completed properly.Perform final checks on completed work.Requirements Prior warehouse order processing / fulfillment experience required Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy Ability to work physically and stay organized Able to follow instructions and help supervise part-time staff when needed Reliable, focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Pay:$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location:In person.
