Order Taker The Order Taker in the team members cafeteria is responsible for providing courteous and efficient service to team members by accurately receiving food and beverage orders, handling transactions, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. The Order Taker also supports daily cafeteria operations by restocking items, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety and hygiene protocols. Key Responsibilities may include: Set up, stock, and maintain organized work areas. Provide courteous and efficient service to team members and guests. Complete End-of-Shift Sales Report with all transactions, and verify the bank with a manager before submitting reports. Serve food items promptly and in accordance with portion control and presentation standards. Refill food stations and self-service areas as needed. Receive and process payment by cash, credit cards, certificates, and member charge. Rate: $11.00 per hour Job Requirements: Valid Puerto Rico Drivers License Possess math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a POS system. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a positive, professional demeanor in all situations. Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks under pressure Working Conditions may include: Work hours include days and evenings on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
