We are looking for motivated team players to join our crew on our organic farm! At Purple Sage Farms, we are a family farm with a small team of passionate and enthusiastic individuals.You'll gain meaningful organic farming experience while assisting in daily farm operations.This is a seasonal position for harvesting, packaging, and processing organic herbs, greens, and specialty vegetables, 8:00 - 4:30, Tuesday thru Saturday, available now through October 2025.Responsibilities and Qualifications:Be a punctual, attentive, and respectful team playerAbility to commit to the seasonBe physically active for entire work dayLift 30 lbs consistentlyWork in all weather conditionsPerform repetitive work with efficiency, consistency, and accuracyAbility to learn new skills quicklyExperience in working with gas powered tools like a mower or weedeaterHarvesting or planting crops/plants by handPulling weeds using hands and tools like a hoeDrip irrigation system installation and maintenanceExperience packaging produce or other products on a lineKnowledge of different crop plantsAbility to work under sanitary conditions in a commercial kitchen while packagingPrevious experience on a farm harvesting, planting, packaging, etc.is a big plus!
