Expected salary range of $78,300 to $87,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Responsibilities Primary Purpose of Position Actively participates in the accurate planning, reporting and analysis functions and technical automation setup. This position will also be utilized to adequately fulfill ad hoc requests from various internal and external sources to support decision-making. This includes providing direct input and support to directors, department heads, and line personnel in assigned area. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Prepare month-end, quarterly, and full year forecasts and reports, including executive and internal reporting packages, monthly financial close package, scorecards and financial performance indicators, quarterly management and Board of Directors presentations, ensure capital and EBIT forecasts are accurately reflected in planning tools, and partner with the financial systems team to resolve forecasting and planning issues. Assist in preparation of various reports and data requests and answers ad-hoc requests for internal and external reporting customers. Routinely communicate actual performance compared to budget/plan/goals. Ensure a financial perspective is applied to daily operations, proper classification and treatment of O&M versus capital expenditures, and compliance with all managerial policies. Liaison to cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of information exchange. Participates in the annual budgeting process and assist in updating long-range and budget planning models. Lead process reviews and implement technical automation for financial performance and operations reporting in a startup business environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business and a minimum of 2 years of experience, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of experience needed Analytical understanding of finance and accounting Effective written and oral communication skills Thorough computer-based analytical skills (Microsoft Office) Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (e.g. CPA, CFA, MBA) Experience with implementation of AI agents and other related tools into existing workflows
