Orthodontic Lab Technician

Company OverviewWell-established and reputable orthodontic practice looking for a reliable full-time orthodontic lab tech to fabricate all in-house appliances.OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Orthodontic Lab Technician to join our team.You must be a team player.You must have experience and the talent to run a full time lab fabricating Hawley retainers, Essix, retainers, all soldered and welded appliances, 3D print and be very computer savvy.Duties Be able to 3D print then fabricate all orthodontic appliances needed by the practice.Be computer knowledgeable and use printing softwares Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all laboratory procedures to ensure patient safety.Collaborate closely with orthodontists and dental assistants to interpret appliance requirements and deliver on time.Assist with inventory management of lab materials, including dental materials, and 3D printer Skills Be an effective communicator with Doctor and team members.Be a great team player Have extensive experience fabricating all necessary appliances.Be self-motivated, responsible and able to complete work on time which is imperative.Know 3D printing software and be willing to learn more bringing more to the practice Familiarity with infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures within a dental laboratory setting.Excellent attention to detail.Pay:$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Experience:Orthodontic:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
