The OSP Field Installation and Repair Technician (Lead) is an advanced field technician role responsible for the deployment, activation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of GoNetspeed's Fiber to the Home (FTTH) network. This position supports residential and small to medium business customers and operates with a high level of independence in the field. This role requires strong technical expertise, accountability, and leadership, with a significant emphasis on advanced Wi Fi performance, in home networking, and customer experience. The Lead Technician works independently on assigned work while also serving as a technical escalation resource for internal technicians and contract installation partners.
