Job Responsibilities Design Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to assist them in meeting their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven methodologies to develop patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, client-centered care. Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic approaches to facilitate ongoing progress at home. Assess and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective recovery pathways. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Continuous learning and post-graduate educational opportunities are encouraged and supported.
