Job Responsibilities Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional milestones Implement Therapeutic Practices: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure all-encompassing, holistic care Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy modalities to encourage continuous improvement at home Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatment plans accordingly to keep patients on track Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Encouragement for ongoing education or additional certifications for professional growth Licenses Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupat
