Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Conduct thorough and individualized patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans. Provide care in various settings such as inpatient acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient services based on patient and organizational needs. Fulfill weekend and holiday work requirements according to employment status. Utilize sound clinical judgment to assess all relevant patient functions and develop comprehensive treatment plans with timely documentation. Participate actively as a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Offer mentorship opportunities when requested. Comply with organizational policies, procedures, laws, and standards while supporting the mission and values of the healthcare organization. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred. Proficiency in occupational therapy modalities, interventions, and procedures is required. Advanced Practice Certification is preferred.
