Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' unique needs to design specialized therapy plans that help them achieve their functional milestones Implement Effective Therapeutic Strategies: Use proven interventions to improve patients' motor capabilities, cognitive skills, and daily functioning Collaborate with a Team of Professionals: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care Educate Patients and Their Families: Teach both patients and their relatives about therapeutic methods to promote continued progress outside of sessions Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to keep patients on track Education Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Support for ongoing education and certifications to enhance professional development Certification Requirements Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) li
