Join a dedicated healthcare team as an Occupational Therapist, providing expert evaluation, planning, and administration of occupational therapy treatments aimed at restoring function and preventing disability following injury or illness. This role supports patients in improving motor skills, cognitive abilities, and adapting to permanent functional changes to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments for patients across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using occupational therapy modalities. Supervise and coordinate duties of supportive staff such as Occupational Therapist Assistants and Rehab Aides. Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to physicians as necessary. Advise on modifications to patients' work or living environments to enhance functionality and safety. Participate in departmental budget planning, performance evaluation, and continuous quality improvement activities. Education and Experience Minimum of a certificate or bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Licensed Occupational Therapist credential required. Clinical internships in both outpatient and inpatient settings completed during training. Preferred: Certification from the National Board for Certifying Occupational Therapy and at least one year of comprehensive occupational therapy experience.
