Join a dedicated outpatient rehabilitation team in the Midwest region, providing comprehensive therapy services to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours, in a fast-paced yet supportive environment focused on growth and learning. About the Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will develop personalized treatment plans aimed at maximizing patient recovery through therapeutic exercises and the use of prosthetic or orthotic devices. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to communicate patient progress and provide education to families and nursing staff. Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards is essential, as is ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
