Neighborhood Marketing Representative / Appointment Setter Prime Painters of Colorado – Colorado Springs, CO Overview Are you an outgoing communicator who enjoys talking with people and wants flexible, performance-based income without the pressure of closing sales? Prime Painters of Colorado is a fast-growing local painting company seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Neighborhood Marketing Representatives / Appointment Setters. In this role, you will serve as the connection between our company and homeowners by proactively speaking with residents in neighborhoods we’ve already marketed to, identifying qualified leads, and helping generate painting estimate opportunities. This is NOT aggressive cold sales. Homeowners have already received our marketing, and your role is simply to identify interested homeowners and collect basic project information for the owner to follow up on. No estimating. No closing. No high-pressure sales tactics. Most reps average the equivalent of $25–$50/hr depending on consistency and performance. Responsibilities Walk residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in professional conversations Conduct outbound outreach using warm neighborhood marketing techniques Qualify homeowners by identifying interest in exterior painting, repairs, or maintenance Collect: homeowner name phone number email address photos of the home notes regarding peeling, cracking, fading paint, or visible repairs Effectively communicate the value and professionalism of Prime Painters of Colorado Schedule estimate opportunities for the owner and ensure all information is accurately submitted Maintain organized records of homeowner interactions and follow-up notes Collaborate with the owner to improve outreach quality and lead generation strategies Follow up on previous contacts when necessary to maintain communication and improve conversion opportunities You are NOT responsible for: closing sales pricing jobs collecting payments handling contracts Compensation $100 per qualified estimate Most reps generate 1–3 estimates per day Flexible schedule Performance-based bonuses available Part-time with full-time potential for strong performers Typical earnings: $500–$1,500/week Experience Strong communication and people skills with the confidence to start conversations with homeowners Ability to professionally handle objections and maintain positive interactions Self-motivated with the ability to work independently outdoors Customer service, sales, restaurant, athletics, canvassing, or people-oriented experience is a plus but not required Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos and submit lead information Reliable transportation required Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic required This role is a great fit for: restaurant/service industry workers entrepreneurial personalities entry-level sales professionals individuals who enjoy performance-based opportunities About Prime Painters of Colorado Prime Painters of Colorado is a family-run painting company based in Colorado Springs focused on high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer experience.
