Overview We are seeking a dedicated Outdoor Cannabis Cultivator to lead our team in cultivating high-quality cannabis plants in an outdoor environment.This role offers an opportunity to work closely with nature and contribute to the growth of premium cannabis products.The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, farming, and outdoor work, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Duties Develop a plan outlining the layout and placement of cannabis plants. Assist with planting, watering, and maintaining cannabis crops in outdoor settings Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal soil moisture levels Monitor plant health and identify pests or diseases, applying appropriate treatments Prune, train, and support plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yield Use hand tools and mechanical equipment for soil preparation, planting, and maintenance Perform landscaping tasks such as trimming, and general land upkeep around cultivation areas Record growing data including plant growth stages, environmental conditions, and treatments applied Assist with harvest activities including trimming, drying, and packaging plants Maintain cleanliness of the cultivation site and ensure compliance with safety standards Manage a cultivation team Requirements Experience in cannabis farming and cultivation (minimum 4 seasons) Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant identification techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Familiarity with gardening tools, mechanical knowledge, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Strong outdoor work ethic with the ability to work in various weather conditions Experience with landscaping or agriculture practices is advantageous Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain meticulous records Physical stamina for long hours of outdoor activity and manual labor Strong communication and managerial skills Join our team to grow your expertise in outdoor cultivation while contributing to a thriving industry.We value hardworking individuals passionate about cannabis horticulture and sustainable farming practices.Pay:$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: Relocation assistance Work Location:In person.
