Our organization is seeking enthusiastic individuals who share this vision to create a brighter future for our planet's oceans. Join our team for an unforgettable and exciting outdoor teaching experience! Availability: Programs run from mid-June through early September. Required participation for the entire duration of the program, typically Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-2:00 pm. Applicants must be available until mid to late August. Responsibilities: Support Staff will assist Lead Scientists in conducting engaging lessons, activities, and discussions focused on marine science and conservation. Support Staff will help care for attendees with a range of both physical and mental abilities, working independently with attendees if needed. Support Staff will oversee the setup, maintenance, and organization of program materials and supplies. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for program participants. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality educational experiences. Adapt to varying outdoor settings and independently lead small groups when necessary. Ensure the safety and well-being of participants throughout the program. Qualifications: Passionate about conservation and our oceans. A degree in marine sciences, biology, education, or a closely related field is preferred. First
