Part-Time Outdoor Cleaner and Minor Maintenance Specialist We are seeking a reliable part-time outdoor cleaner and minor maintenance specialist to maintain the exterior of our estate/home in Clermont, Florida.The primary objective is to ensure a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for our family and guests.Key Responsibilities Conduct regular walk-arounds of the estate/property to identify and perform various cleaning tasks.Handle maintenance duties, including:sweeping away spider webs from the house, spraying/washing exterior surfaces, removing weeds and dead plants from mulch beds, performing minor landscaping fixes, addressing small house repairs, or coordinating with professionals for more complex tasks.Basic handyman skills are highly desirable.Ensure the estate is properly cared for, inspected, and maintained to high standards.Safeguard equipment and address any deficiencies promptly.Report any damages, shortages, or issues to the owners.Monitor inventory levels of consumables and replenish as needed.Requirements and Skills Proven experience in outdoor cleaning and minor maintenance roles.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.Strong prioritization and time management abilities.Capacity to work efficiently without sacrificing standards.Basic proficiency in English.Fundamental handyman skills.Work Schedule Part-time:One day per week, with potential for additional hours.Preferred days:Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.Shift length:4-8 hours per day.If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, we encourage you to apply.Contact Charles & Amber Colaw for more details.Learn more about us on our story page:https://colawfitness.com/our-story/ Job Type:Part-time Pay:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
