Outpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Northwell Health-Mather Hospital, Port Jefferson, NY Position Overview The full‑time BE/BC Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist will lead the inpatient and partial‑hospitalization child & adolescent program at Mather Hospital. Candidates should have outstanding clinical and managerial skills, a passion for leadership and innovation, and the potential for future leadership within the program. Responsibilities Lead and oversee inpatient and partial‑hospitalization services for children and adolescents. Provide clinical care, assessment, and treatment planning. Develop and implement program policies and procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and promote program excellence. Mentor and supervise staff. Qualifications Board‑Eligible/Board‑Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Experience in inpatient and/or partial‑hospitalization settings. Strong clinical, managerial, and leadership skills.
