Sunrise Human Care Services is seeking a Supervisor for their location in Havertown This position is directly responsible for the clinical oversight of the agency, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment services provided.Responsibilities Include:Supervise mental health services staff, including on-going instruction in agency policy and procedures, training, clinical practices and laws and regulations.Assist in development and revision of agency policies and procedures.Responsible for the clinical operation and supervision of an assigned site, and/or group of therapists.The Clinical Supervisor delivers clinical services to clients as well.The Clinical Supervisor also collaborates with the site Office Manager for efficient and effective site operation and coordination of services.Job Requirements:Masters in Clinical Psychology/Masters in Social Work.At least three Full time paid Post-Master's mental health experience working with children, adolescents or adults, and at least two years of supervisory experience.Equal Opportunity Employer/Non-discrimination in Services and advancement practices, in accordance with Federal and State Law, prohibit discrimination based on Age, Race, Creed, Color, National Origin/Ancestry, Sexual Orientation, Sex, or Handicap.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $57,000.00 per year Education:Master's (Preferred) Experience:Mental Health:3 years (Preferred) Supervisory:2 years (Preferred) License/Certification:LCSW (Preferred) LPC (Preferred) LSW (Preferred) LMFT (Preferred) LAC (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
