A highly reputable community health center in Washington is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their Primary Care team of 15 other physicians across two locations! This role is for a physician with a passion for treating an underserved population and making a lasting difference within their community. The Role 100% outpatient with no call or weekends required - 4 or 5 day week option with an average of 16 patients per day - $300,000 Guaranteed base salary plus additional activity bonuses *Depending on candidate qualifications - Additional $1,000 per month for perfect attendance - $20,000 Sign-on bonus and $6,000 relocation assistance - Student loan repayment options through state and federal levels - HPSA score of 16 - EPIC EMR - 100% employer paid for dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. 90% employer paid for medical insurance, malpractice insurance with tail, 160 hours of planned / 90 hours of unplanned and 10+ paid holidays The Community: Centralized Washington urban area with a total population of just under 100,000 residents - Known for its sunny climate of about 300 days of sunshine per year and proximity to Washington's wonderful outdoor recreation!
