POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and community-based services Mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization serving the community for more than 40 years Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in stable outpatient environment Collaborative clinical setting with provider autonomy COMPENSATION Base Salary: $240,000 – $250,000 Student Loan Repayment: $50,000 – $110,000 Pennsylvania State Loan Repayment eligibility SCHEDULE Monday – Friday schedule 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM standard schedule One weekly 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift No weekend clinic requirement ROLE Provide full-scope outpatient family medicine care Manage preventive medicine and chronic conditions Treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations Address behavioral health awareness and community healthcare needs Work collaboratively within mission-focused outpatient clinical team ENVIRONMENT Established nonprofit community health organization Mission-driven outpatient practice setting Supportive interdisciplinary clinical team Community-focused healthcare environment Average patient volume up to 18 patients daily BENEFITS Health insurance with 75% employer contribution Dental and vision insurance Four weeks paid time off Ten paid holidays Five CME days annually 403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer match Requirements: Board Certified in Family Medicine REQUIRED Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED or willing to obtain Ability to see patients of all ages REQUIRED Outpatient primary care experience preferred Mission-driven community healthcare mindset preferred Not ready to formally apply?
