Qualifications: Licensed Clinician holding a valid LMHC or LICSW (required) Strong clinical documentation and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive. Positive, compassionate, and client-centered mindset. Experience with individuals and couples (preferred). Ability to learn and navigate an EHR system. Strong track record of client retention.
