Our team provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy using person-centered, evidence-based, and holistic approaches. We are seeking a client-facing compassionate, organized, and dependable Intake/ Billing administrator to support multiple Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) providers with intake coordination, scheduling, insurance verification, medication refill requests, claims/billing support, and day-to-day administrative operations. Responsibilities Coordinate new patient intake and onboarding Manage initial scheduling and provider calendars for follow ups Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims/billing scrubbing & follow-up Respond to patient inquiries, medication refill requests, and maintain timely communication Support multiple providers with administrative and operational tasks Maintain accurate records and HIPAA compliance Qualifications Experience in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or medical billing preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Part-time or full-time opportunity available.
