Company Description Riverbend Counseling provides high-quality and compassionate outpatient therapy using sophisticated and creative interventions and serves individuals and families from all backgrounds. You'll be part of a team of therapists who value mutual support and collaboration. Our team-based approach allows for regular case consultations and innovative treatment planning. We provide excellent training and supervision. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outpatient Psychotherapist role located in Culpeper, VA. The Outpatient Psychotherapist will provide therapeutic services, including individual and relationship counseling, for clients facing mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include developing treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and maintaining appropriate documentation. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care while fostering a supportive, client-centered environment.
