Texas Licensed Outpatient Psychiatrist Remote or Hybrid | 1099 | Part or Full-Time Therapath Mental Health is a clinician-founded, collaborative practice delivering evidence-based care through telehealth and in-clinic services. We specialize in depression (including treatment-resistant), anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions. Therapath Mental Health seeks an engaged and patient-centric Texas licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO only) to join our growing team! Position Overview Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults (18+) in Texas as part of a multidisciplinary, physician-led team. This includes evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and optional psychotherapy. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans. Prescribe and monitor medications. Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators for integrated care. Deliver patient-centered, trauma-informed care. Preferred Experience Interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, ketamine, etc.). Treatment-resistant mood disorders. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Compensation 70% of closed and completed patient appointments. High earning potential based on volume and payor mix. Qualifications MD/DO with active, unrestricted Texas license. Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry (preferred). Comfortable with telehealth. Minimum of 20 hours/week availability (flexible). What We Offer 1099 contractor role. Malpractice insurance provided.
