CARE Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking Licensed Outpatient Therapists to join our teams throughout the Twin Cities, MN. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.As an Outpatient Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Required Qualifications:Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Counseling fieldActive, independent clinical license as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Minnesota: LPCC, LICSW, or LMFTBasic understanding of Microsoft products, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Ability to adhere to one of the following work models:Onsite: complete all work at one consistent siteHybrid: start onsite 4 days/week until caseload is established. Requires a distraction-free workspace / office and reliable, high-speed internet at homePreferred Qualifications:Experience in outpatient mental healthExperience in clinical documentationDiagnostic assessment experienceExperienced in treatment planning and maintaining a caseloadExperience with AthenaHealth / AthenaOne and/or OpusExperience entering pertinent information in Electronic Health Record (EHR) SystemsExperience reading and interpreting information, such as reports, general correspondence, professional publications, and government regulations, with the ability to share with others as neededExperience reading, interpreting and applying/modeling general information from policy and procedure manuals and other compliance related informationExperience presenting information and responding to questions from internal and external stakeholders which can or may include community providers, medical professionals, management, peers, family members and clientsKnowledge of the effects of mental illness and seeks information from a wide variety of disciplines applicable to the treatment of persons with mental illnessEvening availabilityWeekend availabilityExplore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. Growing together.Pay Range: $69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target payAnnual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay (25/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role
