Company Overview ASD Lighting Corp is a LED Lighting company headquartered in Houston, Texas.We have been the leading brand in residential and commercial lighting in Eastern Europe since 1999.We have established ourselves as one of the fastest-growing LED luminary manufacturers.We specialize in providing high-quality indoor and outdoor lighting solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential applications, backed by a strong commitment to customer service, product availability, and value.Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager in the Miami/ South Florida area.You must reside in this territory.In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts within the lighting fixtures industry.Your passion for sales, combined with your technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, will help us expand our footprint and deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.As a sales professional, you provide consistent service excellence.You thrive not only in a results-driven sales environment but appreciate working in our great work environment at ASD Lighting with comprehensive benefits package with a competitive base pay and commission program.Duties Work with the corporate to identify and pursue new business channels (lighting distributors, energy companies, developers, contractors, designers) Work with new and existing accounts to maintain service excellence Conduct in-depth product presentations and technical sales consultations with B2B clients.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize sales revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market penetration.Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends.Lead business development initiatives by identifying new markets and customer segments within South Florida.Requirements Must have professional 5-year electric supply or lighting sales experience in attaining and surpassing your quota Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development within the lighting fixtures or related technology sectors.Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and technical details to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.Experience with CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.Ability to perform warm calling campaigns confidently and professionally.Must be able to work independently under time sensitive deadlines Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate clients, and foster long-term relationships.Join us to be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and your professional growth!Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes:Comprehensive Salary COME JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!
