Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to join our growing sales team and expand our reach into major Virginia markets! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our wholesale footprint by being the face of our company and helping new customers find the right solutions. Your energetic approach to outside sales, combined with strategic management of accounts and territory, will help us unlock new opportunities and grow our market presence. Your goal is simple: Grow The Spice Bar's footprint. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, from identifying the hottest new restaurants in Virginia to getting our spices onto their prep tables. This is a unique opportunity to earn a steady hourly wage while directly impacting your take-home pay through performance-based commissions. What You'll Do Market Expansion: Prospect and "hunt" for new wholesale opportunities in Charlottesville, Richmond, Harrisonburg, Waynesboro, Roanoke, Blacksburg, Culpeper, Williamsburg, VA Beach, and other potential regions in Virginia. CRM Excellence: Utilize Pipedrive to manage your sales pipeline. We value data integrity-if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen. Lead Generation: Research potential restaurant partners and identify key decision-makers (Chefs/Owners). Drive Growth: Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential leads to hit monthly targets. Field Sales: Travel to various territories (up to 3 hours from Charlottesville in Virginia) to prospect, conduct tastings, drop off samples, and close deals. Travel days are strategically planned in advance to ensure efficiency. Territory Ownership: You are the owner of the Virginia market. You will spend ~60% of your time prospecting and ~40% in the field visiting kitchens. Requirements The "Hunter" Mentality: You are comfortable cold-calling, emailing, prospecting, and walking into businesses
