As an Outside Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving territory sales and facilitating growth within your perspective market and accounts. This role will lead several Account Managers and a Customer Experience Manager (Inside Sales Manager) ensuring they and their team have the tools and skills to meet or exceed established corporate goals in regard to territory sales and growing sales profitably. As an OSM, you will be expected to travel extensively within your assigned geographic territory to work with your account management team as well as to call on direct ownership accounts. This is a remote position but the candidate must reside in Iowa. Roles and Responsibilities Meets or exceeds sales goals and profit margin targets established within the market Develop and execute a sales program that reflects a strong understanding of what drives profitability Forecasts sales and profits while being held accountable for performance on a consistent basis Prepares strategically defined sales plans and programs to expand the company's sales volume aggressively and profitably in its defined markets
