What You’ll Do As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll drive growth by building strong customer relationships and expanding business across multiple product and service lines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Grow business across tires, service, mechanical work, and related product lines Create and execute individual sales plans Track customer interactions and activity in CRM systems Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Collaborate with service teams to meet customer needs Maintain accurate work orders, billing, and documentation Present solutions and value-based offerings to differentiate OK Tire Assist customers with financing options when applicable Complete required paperwork for national accounts and fleet services Participate in training and company events to stay current on products and sales strategies What We’re Looking For Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stay active throughout the day Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Service writing or industry experience strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable working both on the road and with internal teams Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems) Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record Why Work at OK Tire?
